Although the hotel is conveniently located near key places and easily accessible, the rooms were disappointing with a broken air conditioner and cleanliness issues. Arriving on a cold rainy evening, we were eager to settle in, but the staff kept us waiting with unnecessary details before letting us dry off in our stufy room near the stairs. Opening the windows was a must for air circulation, albeit at the Session Road side. Although options to upgrade to an AC room were offered, our first impression wasn't the most welcoming.
